Food Service Safety Month

Every year since 1994, December marks Worldwide Food Service Safety Month. The annual observation was established to remind everyone, from the professional food service industry, to cooks at home around the world, that food safety is of supreme importance.

We organized a lot of activities focusing on proper food storing, preservation  preparation techniques and methods so as to spread awareness about food safety, safe hygienic practices, and overall food quality. A special edition e-magazine was created collaborativelly so as to be presented all the info collected and use it for spreading awareness to family and local community.
